Here on the farm we produce top quality free-range pork, lamb and beef. These animals are all reared to the high organic standards set by the Soil Association and brought to maturity on our organic coastal pastures enriched with the wild flowers and herbage that are encouraged to grow by farming without the use of chemicals and pesticides. This produces very tender meat with a superb flavour and quality. We have a highly skilled butcher who produces all the popular cuts of meat in our own white room on the farm every week
